This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between users of the website https://jurasia.tax/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and the Site administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site. Using the Site means that you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Site.
General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the use of the Site and the services provided on it.
1.2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to users. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.

Registration on the Site
2.1. To gain access to certain functions of the Site, the user must go through the registration procedure.
2.2. When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Administration reserves the right to refuse registration or block the account in the event of providing inaccurate information.

Rights and Obligations of Users
3.1. Users undertake to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.2. Users undertake not to use the Site to post or distribute materials that violate the rights of third parties, contain viruses or other malicious components, as well as for spam and other illegal activities.
3.3. Users have the right to use the Site materials exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes. Any use of the Site materials for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Administration is prohibited.

Rights and Obligations of the Administration
4.1. The Administration undertakes to take all possible measures to ensure the correct operation of the Site and the provision of high-quality services.
4.2. The Administration reserves the right to change, supplement or delete materials and functionality of the Site at any time.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Site caused by technical reasons or actions of third parties.
4.4. The Administration has the right to block access to a user who violates the terms of this Agreement.

Confidentiality and protection of personal data
5.1. The Administration undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and protection of users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

Responsibility of the parties
6.1. Users are fully responsible for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when using the Site.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for damage caused to the user or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Site.

Dispute resolution
7.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site are subject to resolution through negotiations between the user and the Administration.
7.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Final provisions
8.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the user, which is confirmed by the use of the Site.
8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or inoperative, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
